背景(Background)
组织因子途径抑制剂2(TFPI 2)也称为胎盘蛋白5(PP5)和视网膜色素上皮细胞因子1(REF 1),是Kunitz型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂家族的成员,是组织因子途径抑制物(TFPI)的结构同源物。TFPI2在足月胎盘中含量很高,在晚期妊娠时广泛表达于脐静脉内皮细胞、肝脏、胎盘、心脏、胰腺和母体血清中。TFPI 2可能在调节纤溶酶介导的基质重塑中发挥作用。抑制胰蛋白酶、纤溶酶、VIIa/组织因子和弱Xa因子,对凝血酶没有影响。TFPI-2合成减少与许多病理生理过程有关,如炎症、血管生成、动脉粥样硬化、视网膜变性和肿瘤生长/转移。
