背景（Background）
猴痘是由猴痘病毒引起的一种罕见的人畜共患病，猴痘病毒已成为最严重的正痘病毒，由复杂的双链DNA组成。猴痘的发病机制是病毒从呼吸道粘膜侵入人体，在淋巴细胞中繁殖，并进入血液，产生短暂的性病毒血症。病毒在细胞中繁殖后，细胞可以侵入血液并传播到全身皮肤，引起病变。E8L可以与细胞表面的硫酸软骨素结合，使病毒颗粒附着在靶细胞上。
