Technical dinonyl phenol is a mixture of various isomers and may contain up to 15% nonyl phenol.The CAS number of 2,4-dinonyl phenol is 137-99-5.The substance is combustible but no flash point is available in literature.The symptoms of lung oedema often do not become manifest until a few hours have passed and they are aggravated by physical effort.Rest and medical observation are therefore essential.
