Description

Keratinocyte growth factor has been shown to be a potent mitogen for keratinocytes and epithelial cells. Recombinant Human KGF is an 18.9 kDa protein containing 163 amino residues. Unit Defintion: one unit is the amount of KGF needed for the stimulation and maintenance of human keratinocytes in chemically defined medium with IGF-I.
