Description
Suitable for fluorescent labellingRhodamine B is used as a laser dye, metal chelating agent and an additive to drugs and cosmetics. It also serves as a staining fluorescent dye, which is used as a colorant in inks, paper and plastics. Further, it is used to make pink fluorescent pigments. It is also employed as a biomarker in oral rabies vaccines for wildlife such as raccoons.
