Reference Example 59 To tert-butyl 1,2-oxazinane-2-carboxylate (2.18 g) was added 4 N hydrogen chloride - ethyl acetate (7.5 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. The produced precipitate was taken by filtration and washed with diethyl ether, to obtain 1,2-oxazinane hydrochloride (1.24 g). ¹H-NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d₆) δ: 1.70-1.77 (2H, m), 1.83-1.90 (2H, m), 3.25-3.29 (2H, m), 4.20-4.24 (2H, m).
