Steps:

2.1 First step

To a 100 ml single-mouth flask was added 2 g (10 mmol) of N-phenyl anthranilic acid, 30 ml of acetone, 1.55 ml.(15 mmol) dimethyl sulfate and 1.38 g (10 mmol) of potassium carbonate were refluxed for 2 hours. Then, it was cooled to room temperature, and the mixture was poured into 100 ml of ice water, and extracted twice with dichloromethane (20 ml). After evaporating the solvent,Ethyl acetate: petroleum ether = 1:5 (by volume) as eluent,Purification by column chromatography gave 2.1g of product B1, yield 92%.
