In a 50 mL two-necked round bottom flask,1- (3,4-difluorophenyl) ethane-1-one (334 mg, 2.1 mmol),Piperazine (701 mg, 8.3 mmol)And MeCN (4.7 mL) were added. After refluxing for 15 hoursPour the mixture into water,Extracted with EtOAc.Water the organic layer,Wash with brine,Then it was dried with Na2SO4. After filtrationRemove the solvent by evaporation1- (3-Fluoro-4- (piperazine-1-yl) phenyl) ethane-1-one was obtained as a yellow solid (460 mg, 98%).
