43.1 Step 1: Synthesis of 1-bromo-3-fluoro-5-isopropoxybenzene

3-Hydroxy 3-fluoro-5-bromophenol (2.00g, 10.47mmol), isopropyl iodide (2.67g, 15.71mmol) and potassium carbonate (2.89g, 20.94mmol) were mixed in N,N-dimethylformamide (10 mL), stirred at 80°C for 12 h.Add water (100mL) to dilute, extract with petroleum ether (50mL×3), combine the organic phases, dry over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrate by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure to obtain a yellow liquid (1.58g, yield: 64.79%).
