100 g of compound 2 and 68 g of cuprous iodide were dissolved in 1000 ml of anhydrous acetonitrile, and 55 ml of tert-butyl nitrite was slowly added dropwise at room temperature. After the dropwise addition, the temperature was raised to 60 degrees Celsius and stirred overnight.TLC detected the disappearance of the starting compound 2.The reaction solution was slowly poured into 2L of ammonia water, then 2L of ethyl acetate was added, stirred for 1 hour, the insolubles were filtered off, the layers were separated, the organic phase was spin-dried, and filtered through a silica gel column to obtain 112 g of compound 3 with a yield of 80.8%.
