Example 2; Allylchlorosilane was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, except that methyldichlorosilane (1b) was used instead of trichlorosilane (1a). The mixture was supplied to the reactor via the preheating tube at a rate of 4.5 g/min, and a nitrogen (N2) gas was supplied to the reactor via the preheating tube at a rate of 0.5 mL/min. The conditions for the reaction and the results are listed in Table 2 below.
