The brown solid IV (0.35 g, 1.89 mmol) was dissolved in tetrahydrofuran (20 mL), water (5 mL) and lithium hydroxide monohydrate (0.79 g, 18.9 mmol) were sequentially added, and the reaction was carried out at room temperature for 12 hours. After the reaction was completed, the pH value was adjusted to 1, extracted with ethyl acetate (10 mL×3), washed with saturated brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and evaporated to remove the solvent under reduced pressure to obtain a white solid V(5-fluoro-1,3-dimethylformaldehyde). yl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid, 0.28 g, yield 94%), white solid V was directly used in the next reaction without further purification.
