The synthesis of 2-bromo-N-(3-(4-methoxybenzyloxy)phenyl)thieno[3,2-b]pyridin-7-amine
The compound (0.18 g, 0.80 mmol) obtained from Preparation Example 1 was dissolved in 3 ml of dichloroethane and 3 ml of t-butanol and placed into a sealed tube.
The mixture was added with the synthesized compound (198 mg, 0.80 mmol) in example of synthesis 22-4 and stirred for next 3 days at 85° C.
After cooling to room temperature, the synthesized pale brown solid was washed by diethylether and the title compound (0.25 g, 80%) was obtained as a gray solid.
1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3); δ 8.32 (d, J=5.2 Hz, 1H), 7.50 (s, 1H), 7.34 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 7.29 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.92 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 6.83-6.80 (m, 4H), 5.00 (s, 2H), 3.82 (s, 3H)
