Synthesis of Compound VThe compound IV (34.5 g, 145 mmol) was put into MeOH (400 mL), and 10% Pd/C (10 g) was added thereto. Then, a flask was equipped with a hydrogen balloon, and the reactant was stirred for 4 hours at room temperature. Pd/C was removed through filtering under reduced pressure using celite, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure, thereby obtaining Compound V (29.3 g, 97%) as orange solid.1H NMR (600 MHz, chloroform-d1) δ=6.92 (t, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 6.77 (s, 1H), 6.44-6.39 (m, 2H), 3.78 (br s, 2H), 3.73 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 2H), 2.94 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 2H), 2.77 (s, 3H)LCMS: 209 (M+H+) for C10H13-FN4
