Steps:

Step-2 Synthesis of 3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)cyclopent-2-en-1-one (Intermediate AA192-3)
To a solution of Intermediate AA192-2 (1.5 g, 46.55 mmol) in dioxane (15 mL) was added potassium acetate (2.6 g, 39.65 mmol, 4 eq) followed by dropwise addition of bispinacoline diborane (2.98 g, 40.55 mmol, 3.0 eq). After degassing with argon for 10 mins, PdCl2(dppf)2(0.702 g, 32.74 mmol, 0.07 eq) was added. After stirring at 120° C. for 30 mins, the reaction was quenched with water (500 mL) and extracted by ethyl acetate. The combined organic layer was washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by column chromatography (10% gradient of ethyl acetate in hexane) to afford Intermediate AA192-3 (1.2 g, 96%), MS (ES): m/z 299 [M+1]+
