[0448] To a solution of compound 5 (0.5 mmol) in dichloromethane (2.0 ml) was added TFA (2 mmol). The reaction stirred at room temperature for 0.5h. The reaction was poured into water and extracted (2x) with dichloromethane. The combined organic layers were dried over magnesium sulfate, filtered and concentrated. The crude residue was purified by HPLC. Yield: 26%.
