General procedure: 0.1 g of TentaGel-Pt(IV) was added to a peptide solution (1.0 mg/mL, 5.0 mL), and the mixture was stirred at 25 oC, followed by filtration to remove the solid on completion of the reaction. The filtrate was analyzed by a HPLC with a suitable gradient.
