Compound 1 (20g, 88mmol) was dissolved in dichloromethane (250mL), compound 2 (61.3g, 176mmol) was added, then stirred and reacted at 45°C for 4h, TLC detected that the reaction of compound 1 was complete, and water was added to the reaction solution (100 mL), separated and extracted, dichloromethane was removed under reduced pressure, petroleum ether (160 mL) and ethyl acetate (16 mL) were added, stirred for 30 min, filtered with suction, and the filtrate was removed under reduced pressure to obtain compound 3.Using this method, 20.4 g of white solid was obtained with a yield of 78%.
