1.2 (2) Synthesis of Intermediate W8

Take B (4g, 0.022mol) dissolved in 40mL of ethanol, then add 2.6g hydrazine monohydrate, stirring at room temperature for 24h, remove the ethanol in the reaction solution under reduced pressure to give a yellow solid, dissolved in dichloromethane, dry directly on the column, DCM: MeOH = 8:2 was passed through a column to give 3,6,6-trimethyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazol-4-one (W5) (3.6 g, yield 92%).
