EXAMPLE 42F tert-butyl (cis)-3,8-diazabicyclo[4.2.0]octane-8-carboxylate The product of Example 42E (190 mg, 0.50 mmol) in methanol (10 mL) was treated with 10% palladium on carbon and the mixture was stirred under H₂ (1 atm) at 40-45° C. for 4 hours. The mixture was filtered and the filtrate concentrated to provide the title compound (60 mg, 60 % yield). MS (DCI/NH₃) m/z 213 (M+H)⁺.
