After adding 13.4g (BOF, 0.1mol) of benzofuran-2(3H)-one to 100ml DMF to dissolve it, add 6.8g of sodium methoxide (purity 97% by weight, 0.12mol),After the CO was introduced, the temperature was increased to 40°C, and the pressure of the CO was maintained at 30 MPa, and the reaction was conducted for 6 hours.Cool down and release pressure, and perform quantitative analysis on the reaction liquid,The measured yield of 3-hydroxymethylenebenzofuran-2(3H)-one (LS-MS[M+H]+=163) was 95%.
