To a solution of compound 22 (304 mg, 2.0 mmol) in 1, 4-dioxane (5 mL) was added acetic anhydride (0.28 mL, 3.0 mmol) and 1-methylimidazole (0.240 mL, 3.0 mmol) . The reaction was stirred at 25 for 1 h, and the solvent was removed under vacuum. The reaction was diluted with DCM (10 mL) , washed with H ₂O (10 mL) . The organic layer was dried over MgSO ₄, filtered and concentrated to get an oil, which was purified on silica gel column eluting with hexane/EA (8/2) to afford 100 mg (26%yield) of compound 25 as a white solid. [0893] ¹HNMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d ₆) δ = 2.10 (s, 3H) , 5.42 (s, 2H) , 7.39-7.45 (m, 1H) , 7.45-7.52 (m, 1H) , 7.53-7.59 (m, 1H) , 7.85-7.92 (m, 1H) . [0894] MS (ESI) : [M + Na] ⁺ = 217.1.
