Steps:

1.A Step A:
The mixture of 4-chloro-1, 3, 5-triazin-2-amine (200 mg, 1.5 mmol) in MeNH2/THF (2mol/L, 10 mL) was stirred at r.t. for 10 min. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo, and the residue was purified by flash chromatography (DCM/MeOH 10/1) to afford the desired product as a white solid. (106 mg) . LC-MS: m/z 125.9 (M+H) +.
