Referential Example 3 5-Fluoro-4-nitroanthranilic acid To the compound of Referential example 2 (8.00 g, 33.0 mmol) was added 4 mol/L hydrochloric acid (170 ml), and the mixture was refluxed for 3 hours. After cooling with ice, the precipitated crystals were collected by filtration, washed with water, and then air-dried, thereby obtaining 5.44 g of title compound as brown powder. Yield 82%. 1H-NMR(DMSO-d6, δ): 7.50(1H,d,J=6.3 Hz), 7.70(1H,d,J=12.2 Hz).
