Dissolve 27a (2.00g, 13.40mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (50mL) solution, add benzyl alcohol (1.50g, 13.40mmol) and potassium hydroxide (3.70g, 26.80mmol) to this solution in turn, the reaction solution is heated to 40 , react for 16 hours. The reaction system was cooled to room temperature and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain a residue. Water (50 mL) and ethyl acetate (30 mL) were added to the solution, and the layers were separated. The aqueous phase was extracted with ethyl acetate (30 mL x 1). After the organic phases were combined, there was no water. It was dried over sodium sulfate, filtered, and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the crude product 27b (2.70 g), yield: 91%.
