2-Bromo-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylic acid (1.0 mmol, 220.9 mg) was added to a 25 mL Schlenk tube under nitrogen atmosphere,1-Pyridine-4-piperidine (1.6 mmol, 259.2 mg) and 5 mL of dichloromethane were added sequentially at short intervals, followed by the addition of trifluoromethanesulfonyl pyridinium salt PPDP-Tf (1.7 mmol, 755 mg) and HBpin ( 1.1mmol, 140.8mg), stirred for 10min.After the reaction, add aqueous solution and dichloromethane (3 × 5mL) to the system for extraction, column chromatography separation to obtain the product aldehyde compound,The yield was 68%.
