Steps:

1 Synthesis of N-methyl-N-vinyl p-fluorobenzamide

Triethylamine (24 mmol) was slowly added dropwise to a solution of 2-chloroethylamine hydrochloride (10 mmol) and p-fluorobenzoyl chloride (10 mmol) in dichloromethane (30 mL) at 0 ° C under nitrogen protection. After the addition, the reaction mixture was warmed to room temperature and stirred for 3 hours. Water (30 mL) was added and the layers were separated. The aqueous phase was extracted twice with dichloromethane (20 mL each time). The organic phases were combined and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. After filtration, the solvent was removed under reduced pressure to obtain N- (2-chloroethyl) p-fluorobenzamide intermediate as a white solid with a yield of 95%.
