n 300 ml autoclave, as a raw material, 1, 4-dioxane (Co. wako pure chemical industries, reagent) 17. 6 pts.mass and diethyl ether (Co. wako pure chemical industries, reagent) 29. 6 pts.mass (1, 4-diethyl ether and the molar ratio of 1:2 benzodioxane), as the catalyst, ZSM-5 type zeolite (Zeolyst, CBV-3020E) 2. 36 pts.mass (5% of total raw material) is applied, after replacing the inside of the pot, until a pressure of 145 °C 0 temperature rise (145 °C. 7 MPa) and, by reaction 5 time. After the reaction, the filtration of the zeolite catalyst ZSM-5, diethylene glycol diethyl ether crude liquid is obtained.
