Steps:

(1) Benzene acetylene (0.102 g, 1 mmol) and 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile (0.246 g 1.5 mmol) were weighed in a round bottom flask, and a magnetic charge and a solvent acetonitrile (CH3CN, 5 mL) were added;(2) adding an anionic skeleton Cu-MOF (0.059 g, 0.1 mmol) to the (1) reaction system as a catalyst;(3) then the reaction system (2) is heated at 90 ° C for 9h;(4) After completion of the reaction, it was quenched with water (3), extracted with dichloromethane (DCM) three times, and the organic phase was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate.Dry, filter, spin dry;(5) Ethyl acetate/petroleum ether was used as a mobile phase, and purified by column chromatography (2), and the isolated yield was 96%.
