General procedure: Compounds 2a-2c (20 mmol) were dissolved in CH2Cl2(200 mL) and TFA (50 mL), and the solution was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. Removal of the solvent resulted in 3a-3c (Scheme 1). 2.1.2.1. Thiophen-2-ylmethanamine(3a)Yield 81.5%; 1H NMR (400MHz, CDCl3) δ: 4.26(s, 2H),7.08 (dd, J 1= 5.2Hz, J2 = 3.6Hz, 1H), 7.23 (d, J =2.8Hz,1H), 7.59 (d, J = 1.2Hz,1H).
