(1) In an argon atmosphere, (E)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-phenylprop-2-en-1-one (1.00eq, 100mg, 0.42mmol acetophenone (3.0eq, 151mg, 1.259mmol), BF3·Et2O (10mL) and dichloromethane (DCM) were mixed, and the reaction mixture was stirred vigorously at 45°C overnight (about 12h), and cooled to room temperature after the reaction was completed; Add 50 mL of ether (Et2O)to the reaction flask, stir vigorouslyto precipitate the crude product ofthe pyran salt intermediate (R1=H) from the reaction solution, filter, andwash the precipitatewith Et2O to obtain 123 mg of pyran Salt intermediate (R1=H), the yield was 68.77%.
