Take a three-necked round bottom flask, add 5mL of dimethyl sulfoxide, 92mg (0.50mmol) of 3,4-difluorocinnamic acid, 170mg (0.5mmol) of tetra-n-butylammonium bisulfate, using carbon rod as anode and carbon rod as cathode At room temperature, the electrochemical reaction was stirred for 10 hours at a current of 10mA. After the reaction was completed, 10 mL of ethyl acetate was added to quench the reaction, and 5 mL of saturated brine was added to wash, the organic phase was collected after separation, and the aqueous phase was extracted with ethyl acetate three times, each time the amount of ethyl acetate was 5 mL, and the organic phases were combined. Add anhydrous sodium sulfate to dry, distill off the solvent under reduced pressure, and then obtain the product by column chromatography, the yield is 78%.
