Steps:

Dissolve 10.5 g of anhydrous sodium acetate in 72 g of 50% aqueous hydrogen peroxide (w/w) solution,Solution three is obtained; the solution three and 75 g acetic anhydride are pumped into the second mixer at a flow rate of 1 mL/min: 1 mL/min, respectively, and then mixed.Get the solution four;367.5g obtained by esterificationSolution 2 and solution 4 solution at a flow rate of 2.0 mL/min: 1.0 mL/minThe proportions are pumped into the third mixer and mixed separately.It then enters the second microchannel reactor and is reacted for 25 minutes at a temperature of 10 °C.After the reaction,The reaction solution is washed, distilled,Filtration and other processes,Obtaining 67.7 g of colorless transparent liquid acrylic acid-3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl ester,Purity 99.0%,The molar yield of 3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl acrylate is 99.2%, (according to the amount of acryloyl chlorideCalculation). The conversion of 3-cyclohexenylmethyl acrylate was 99.5%, and the product selectivity was 99.8%.
