Add 50 g (210 mmol) of compound 2 and 500 mL of methanol into a 1 L three-necked flask with a magnetic stirrer, replace the nitrogen, and slowly add 18.3 ml (252 mmol) of thionyl chloride dropwise under the protection of nitrogen.After the addition, react at 25°C for 5 hours, take a sample and control it to confirm that the reaction of the raw materials is complete; concentrate the reaction solution, add dichloromethane to make a slurry, filter and dry to obtain 52g of white solid compound 3 (theoretical amount is 53g), and the yield is 98%.
