To a 1 L three-necked flask were added 45 g of compound 5, 1.6 g of potassium iodide, 38 g of potassium hydroxide and 350 g of methanol, and 64 g of benzyl bromide was added dropwise at room temperature. After the dropwise addition, the mixture was heated to reflux for 8 hours, and the starting material was completely reacted. After cooling to room temperature, 150 g of water was added, and pH was adjusted to about 1 with 10% dilute hydrochloric acid to precipitate a large amount of solid. Filtration, filter cake was stirred twice with water, dried at 60 ° C to give a yellow solid 61.8 g, that is, compound 6, the yield was 91.9%.
