Reaction Conditions:

Steps:

Step 1 : Synthesis of 3-bromo-1 -phenyl-1 H-pyrazole.

A mixture of 3-bromo-1 H-pyrazole (500mg, 3.40mmol), bromobenzene (1.6g, 10.21 mmol), (1S,2S)-N1 ,N2-dimethylcyclohexane-1 ,2-diamine (97mg, 0.68mmol), KOAc (1.41 g, 10.21 mmol) and Cul (32mg, 0.17mmol) in toluene (20 mL) was stirred at 130°C for 16 h under nitrogen protection. The resultant mixture was concentrated and purified by column chromatography (30% EA in PE) to give the target compound as white solid (600mg, 79%). LCMS (ESI) m/z: 223 [M+H]+.
