Take a 25mL Schlenk reaction tube, add 59.6mg imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine, 79.8mg N-chlorosuccinimide, 7μL dimethylsulfoxide, 2mL chloroform, and stir at 25 for 12 hours .After the reaction, the solvent was removed by rotary evaporation and column chromatography was separated to obtain 72.2 mg of 3-chloro-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine with a yield of 94%.
