Steps:

Preparation of intermediate B:

200.0 g of Compound A (896.60 mmol, CAS No.: 30478-88-7), 439.97 g of potassium acetate (4.48 mol), 273.22 g of bis(pinacolato)diboron (1.08 mol), 1600.0 g of dioxane, under nitrogen protection, add 2.01 g of palladium acetate (8.97 mmol), X-Phos 8.55 g ( 17.94mmol), the material is added, the heating is 95.0 ~ 100.0 °C, and the heat preservation is 9 ~ 10h. TLC test raw material reaction is completed, reduced to room temperature after adding 1600.0g of toluene, washed to neutral, 95 °C dehydration solvent. Recrystallization with toluene: n-hexane = 3:2. 201.3g of Compound B was obtained, yield 83.1%, purity 99.6%.
