Yield: 78%. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.35 (6H, d, J = 6.0 Hz), 4.51-4.63 (1H, m), 7.07-7.13 (2H, m), 7.21 (1H, dt, J = 7.6, 1.2 Hz), 7.36 (1H, td, J = 7.6, 1.4 Hz).
