with ammonium iodide;potassium ethyl xanthogenate in N,N-dimethyl acetamide at 130; for 12 h;

add 3-phenylpropanal (58.5mg, 0.5mmo1),Potassium ethylxanthogenate (80mg, 0.5mmo1), ammonium iodide (145mg, 1mmo1), under the condition of N,N-dimethylacetamide (2mL), the reaction temperature is 130, and the reaction is stirred for 12 hours. After the reaction was completed, ethyl acetate was added to quench the reaction, and then saturated brine was added to wash, and the organic phase was separated. The aqueous phase was extracted three times with ethyl acetate. The combined organic phases were combined with anhydrous sodium sulfate and dried under reduced pressure. The solvent was distilled off, and then separated by column chromatography to obtain a brown solid (47.5 mg, 81.2%) after separation.
