Steps:

(Polymerizable compound (RM12) synthesize)

A cooling tube for 500 ml eggplant-shaped flask of adding 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde 12.2g (100mmol), 1,6-b hexyl bromide 12.2g (50mmol), potassium carbonate 16.0g (116mmol), acetone 150 ml as a mixture, at a temperature of 64 °C while 48 hours stirring the reaction. The reaction solution after being filtered the distill goes the solvent under reduced pressure, to obtain solid wet alutaceous 15.4 g. The solid to the result of measuring NMR is shown as the following. Confirmed by the results, the solid is a compound represented by the following reaction equations (RM12-A). The yield is 94%.
