1.3 Step 3: Preparation of (4,4-difluorocyclohexyl)hydrazine hydrogen chloride
465 mg of tert-butyl 2-(4,4-difluorocyclohexyl)hydrazine-l-carboxylate (1.86 mmol) obtained in Step 2 was dissolved in 10 ml of methanol, and hydrochloric acid was added and stirred at 50°C for 3 hours. After completion of the reaction, the resultant was concentrated under reduced pressure to give 335 mg of the title compound (1.79 mmol) in 96% yield. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 3.05-3.12 (m, 1H), 1.96-2.09 (m, 4H), 1.79-1.91 (m, 2H), 1.52-1.59 (m, 2H)
