4-(5-butyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)anhline (111): Compound 110 (0.40 mmol) was solubilized in30 mL of MeOH, and 10% Palladium on charcoal (5 mg) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred under Hydrogen atmosphere for 1 h, then the mixture was filtered off on a celite pad andthe solvent was evaporated at reduced pressure. Yield 99% Eluente. DCM/MeOH 98:2, Yield:72%, 1HNMR (400 MHz, CDC13-d): ? 7.80-7.78 (d, J= 8.4 Hz, 2H), 6.71-6.69 (d, J 8.8 Hz,2H), 4.07 (s, 2H), 2.88-2.84 (t,J= 7.6 Hz, 2H), 1.82-1.75 (m, 2H), 1.48-1.39 (m, 2H), 0.96-0.93(t, J 7.6 Hz, 3H) ppm
