[0742] To a solution of compound POS-D1-1 (17.54 g, 115.28 mmol) in EtOH (200 mL) and DMF (100 mL) was added CS2 (45 mL, 749.32 mmol) and KOH (6.5 g, 115.28 mmol) under N2 atmosphere. After stirring at 85°C. for 18 hours, the reaction mixture was adjusted to pH 4 by addition of 1M HCl solution and diluted with distilled water (500 mL) and EA (500 mL2). The organic layer was washed with H2O (500 mL), and brine (500 mL), dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was subjected to ether/Hex trituration to obtain compound POS-D1-2 (20.7 g, 93%). [0743] 1H NMR (400 Hz, DMSO-d6) δ 10.44 (s, 1H), 7.72 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 6.94 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 2H). EI-MS m/z: 195 (M++1).
