250mL round bottom flask was added 8. 75g (55. 8mmol) 5- (pyridin-3-yl) -1,3,4_ oxadiazole-2-thiol, 20. 95g (334. 8mmol) hydrazine hydrate (80 %) and 100mL of absolute ethanol, heated under reflux for 12h. Rotary cooling to room temperature the solvent, the residue is taken after an appropriate amount of aqueous hydrochloric acid with pH 1~2, stirred at room temperature 30min, filtration, recrystallized from ethanol and dried to give 8. 41g of white solid, a yield of 78%.
