19.A Step A: 2-(4-(aminomethyl)phenyl)ethan-l-ol
was added 10% Pd/C (200 mg, wet) and cone. HC1 (1 mL) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 10 h under EE atmosphere. The mixture was filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure to give 2-(4-(aminomethyl)phenyl)ethan-l-ol (550 mg, yield 63%) as a white solid. LC-MS: 152 (M+H)+.
