Compound 535a (400 mg, 2.61 mmol) was dissolved in phosphorus oxychloride (5 mE) and refluxed for 2 hours. The reaction was concentrated under reduced pressure and then quenched with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution and extracted with ethyl acetate. The combined organiclayers were dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated toprovide the desired product (180 mg). [M+H]171.1
