Reaction Conditions:

with sodium hydroxide in dimethyl sulfoxide at 120; for 5 h;

Steps:

1.1 step 1):
Add 50g of 3-chloro-4-morpholinyl-1,2,5-thiadiazole to 200ml of dimethyl sulfoxide, add 500ml of aqueous solution containing 80g of sodium hydroxide, and react at 120°C for 5 hours. The reaction solution was cooled to room temperature, the pH was adjusted to 1 with dilute hydrochloric acid, the precipitated solid was filtered, and the solid was dried in an oven to obtain intermediate M1 (yield 95%);
