Add 1 mmol of 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde, a ruthenium-based catalyst with a molar weight of 16 mol% of 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde, ammonia water (25wt%) with a molar ratio of 9 to 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde, and 5 mL of acetonitrile into a 15 mL reaction kettle. The air in the kettle was replaced 5 times, filled with 2.5MPa hydrogen, heated to 60°C, and reacted at this temperature for 12h.After the reaction, according to the method described in Example 1, cooling and sampling analysis,The conversion rate of 4-pyridinecarbaldehyde is 99%,4-PyridinemethanamineGC yield was 98%,The isolated yield was 94%.
