4.1.3. General procedure for 14a-m

General procedure: To a solution of corresponding aniline/benzyl amine (1.0 mmol) in 10 mL dioxane:water (1:1), was added anhydrous K₂CO₃ (1.5 mmol), aryl boronic acids (1.2 mmol) and Pd(TPP)₂Cl₂ (0.025 mmol) in a seal tube. The mixture was purged with argon for 30 min at rt and heated at 100 °C for 1 h in microwave. All reactions and manipulations were run under argon atmosphere. After completion, the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by column chromatography on a silica gel to give the desired product.
